You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for the accuracy of information submitted through your account or at checkout.

We work to describe products, colors, textures, lengths, density, construction, and images as accurately as reasonably possible. Screen settings, lighting, natural hair variation, and handmade production may cause minor differences. Such reasonable variations do not necessarily mean that a product is defective.

3. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product availability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or unusually large quantities. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout and may change without notice before an order is placed. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amount confirmed at checkout. Currency conversion fees, bank charges, duties, and taxes not collected at checkout may be charged separately by third parties.
